Steps 3-4: Heat the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate on medium-low heat until the chips are nearly melted. Stir continuously.
Step 5: Take off the heat and add the Vanilla extract. Continue to stir until the chips are completely melted.
Step 6: Add Green Food Coloring to the fudge mixture and stir until it is totally incorporated with the fudge mixture. Two Sisters Tip: Oil-based food coloring is best when you are coloring white chocolate and it is what we used here.

Step 7: Pour the fudge mixture into an 8×8″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. Working quickly, spread the mixture out to the edge of the pan.
Steps 8-9: Press the Jumbo Heart Sprinkles into the top of the fudge. Space them out in rows so when you cut the fudge, there will be one Grinch Heart per piece of Grinch Fudge.

    8. Working quickly, spread the mixture out to the edge of the pan. We used a second piece of parchment paper to smooth out the top of the fudge.
    9. Press the Jumbo Heart Sprinkles into the top of the fudge. Space them out in row so when you cut the fudge, there will be one Grinch Heart per piece of Grinch Fudge.
    10. Allow to fully set (about 2-3 hours) and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    11. Store in an air-tight container.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container but we think Fudge tastes best served at room temperature. It should only take about an hour for the fudge to come back up to room temperature.
