How to Make the Brownie Layer

Step 1: Bake a batch of Brownies.  We used a box of Brownie mix.  (Two Sisters Tip:  use a family-size box of Brownies. )  Make the brownie batter according to the directions on the box.   (If you want to go with a homemade recipe, you can the brownie recipe for these Frosted Brownies is super yummy and is made for a 9×13″ pan.)
Step 2: Pour the batter into a 9×13″ pan lined with Parchment Paper and bake according to the time on the box.

How to Add the Marshmallow Fluff Layer

Step 3: Allow the brownies to completely cool and then spoon the Marshmallow Cream onto the brownies.
Step 4: Spread the Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme evenly across the brownies.  We used the whole 7.0 oz jar of the Marshmallow Creme.

Step 5: Now make a batch of our Best Ever Rice Krispie Treat Recipe which we have adjusted and perfected over the years until it is now absolutely the best Rice Krispie Treat recipe we have ever tasted.  You can find all the directions you’ll need to make these delicious treats right here. You will need to make a 5 cup batch which is 5 tablespoons of butter, 5 cups of mini marshmallows and 5 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal.
Step 6: Allow the Rice Krispie Treat mixture to cool slightly (approximately 5 minutes) and then pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 7: Press down the mixture over the Marshmallow Creme. If the Rice Krispie Treat mixture is too sticky to press down into the pan, put a little bit of butter on your fingers. That will really help you get a smooth layer of Rice Krispie Treat mixture.
Step 8: Allow the Rice Krispie Treat mixture to cool before moving on to the next step.

How to Add the White Chocolate Layer

Step 9: The top layer of the Springtime Brownie Rice Krispie Treats are made with White Chocolate Melting Wafers.  We like to use Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers.  You will need 1 10 oz. bag.
Step 10: Melt the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers in the microwave.
Step 11: Pour the melted White Chocolate onto the top of the Rice Krispie Treat layer.
Step 12: While the chocolate is still warm, spread it out across the top of the Rice Krispie Treat mixture. Work quickly for this layer, you don’t want the chocolate to start hardening back up before you get it all spread out over the Rice Krispie Treat layer.

Decorating the Brownie Rice Krispie Treats

Step 13: Place 10-15 Candy melts in pretty spring colors (we used yellow, blue and pink) in separate plastic baggies.
Step 14: Melt the wafers in the microwave and then snip off a tip of the plastic bag.
Step 15: While the white chocolate is still warm and melty, drizzle the melted candy melts onto the top of the Springtime Brownie Rice Krispie Treats.
Step 16: Finally, sprinkle on some Springtime Sprinkles.
