Instructions

1. First, make a batch of cupcakes.
2. Next separate the M&M's by color. You'll need about 15 M&M's for the scales for each cupcake, and 2 reds for the fish lips.
3. Make a batch of our delicious Buttercream Frosting and tint the frosting the colors you want your Little Fishy Cupcake to be.
4. Frost the cupcakes.
5. Start with a row of "fish scales" M&M's in the middle of the cupcake. Our cupcakes had enough room for 6 yellow M&M's.
6. Continue adding rows until you fill up half of the cupcake with M&M fish scales.
7. Used a Wilton Candy Eyes for the fish eye.
8. Add two red M&M's for the fish lips.
