These are the Peeps Easter Bunny Cookie Cutters that we used to make these fun Rice Krispie Treats. We found them at Amazon but we’ve also seen them in craft stores.

We made one color of the Rice Krispie Treat mixture at a time because you don’t want the mixture to cool too much while you are making Peeps.  Once the mixture had cooled enough so we could handle it without burning our fingers we started filling the cookie cutters to form our Peeps. Pop the Peep out of the cookie-cutter and make another one. Easy Peasy.

As a final touch, use mini Chocolate Chip Cookies to make a little Easter Bunny face. We used two for the eyes and one for the nose.
